What is Self Care Coaching?

Selfcare coaching is for anyone who wants to manage their stress levels, find a balance in their life and for those who support others around them. Selfcare coaching is for anyone. Our community has people from all backgrounds all united around the putting themselves first so they can improve their life and help others.

Is this for men and women?
This program and community is for all users. We are respectful and supportive community open to all.
Is it beginner friendly? How long will I see results?
Yes. This group is for different people at all levels of their journey for self-care and personal wellness. It’s important that you realize self-care is ongoing so everyone’s results and goals will be different. We’re here to support you through this journey along with the community.
Can I view the membership area on my phone?
Yes. We’re mobile friendly.
What equipment is required?
No equipment is required.
Are there scheduled programs for the group?
Yes. We bring in self-care experts twice monthly to support the community and offer different perspectives. We also have full time moderators that will be there to answer questions and offer support.
Is it a subscription
Yes. It is a subscription of $29 monthly.
